A board-certified, award-winning OB/GYN specialist, Dr. Neda Hashemi offers her compassion and experience to members of the Reston, Virginia, community at Reston Women’s Center.

The recipient of numerous accolades, including multiple scientific research awards, Dr. Hashemi has been voted the best teaching resident-physician in her field. She is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is the director of Minimally Invasive Gynecological Surgery at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital.

Dr. Hashemi enjoys being a member of the local community and volunteers in underprivileged communities in Virginia. A married mother of two children, she is fluent in English and Farsi and intermediate in Spanish.

Dedicated to meeting the needs of her patients, Dr. Hashemi works late on Wednesdays to accommodate working parents and every other Saturdays for patients who find it difficult to visit the office during the week.
